A dra. Márcia Helena, dando prosseguimento ao trabalho que visa evitar o sobrepeso e a obesidade da população carcerária, retornou ao CREED no último dia 15 de julho.
Na ocasião, entregou os resultados dos exames laboratoriais e voltou a medir a circunferência abdominal e a pesar os reeducandos de sorte a emitir relatório.
A nutricionista fez ver ao diretor, Tenente Coronel PM Oliveira, a necessidade de os familiares dos reclusos engajarem-se em mais esta ação do Programa Reconstruindo a Cidadania, propondo palestra acerca dos benefícios do bom hábito alimentar.

Aconteceu na manhã do dia 06AGO09 a conclusão do workshop “O Sentido da Vida” ministrado aos servidores militares aqui reclusos onde foram abordados temas ligados à ansiedade, ao stress, ao pânico, à afetividade e ao relacionamento interpessoal.Na ocasião, o diretor adjunto do CREED, Capitão Obed marinho agradeceu a ajuda da psicóloga Flávia Puça e sua equipe ao Programa Reconstruindo a Cidadania entregando, além de buquês de flores, o certificado “Amigo do CREED” àqueles que colaboraram com a realização do evento.

Workshop "O Sentido da vida" - Workshop "The Meaning of Life"

No período de 23 de julho ao 04 de agosto, o Programa Reconstruindo a Cidadania promoverá o workshop “O sentido da Vida”, para os servidores militares aqui reclusos.
O encontro será coordenado pela psicóloga Flávia Puça - professora de cursos de pós graduação da Faculdade Maurício de Nassau e do Seminário Presbiteriano do Norte, e consultora das secretarias de Educação e de Saúde do Estado – que mobilizará equipe de profissionais que abordará temas relacionados à ansiedade, ao stress, ao pânico, à afetividade, á saúde mental e ao relacionamento interpessoal.

CREED ativa consultório odontológico - CREED active dental practice

Foi ativado o Gabinete Odontológico do CREED, tendo à frente o Capitão dentista André Souza.
Mais do que propiciar saúde bucal à população carcerária, o atendimento odontológico no CREED permitirá aumentar a capacidade de realizar escoltas/custódias, como também, garantir maior oferta de serviço laborativo, uma das vertentes do Programa Reconstruindo a Cidadania, vez que, oportunizará a qualificação instrumentadores em odontologia aos aqui reclusos.

Palestra sobre Nutrição - - - Lecture about Nutrition

Em 28OUT08 a nutricionista Márcia Helena Leimig de Albuquerque Nascimento proferiu palestra “A Nutrição e a Prevenção de Doenças Crônicas” à população carcerária do CREED.
O evento, parte integrante do Programa Reconstruindo a Cidadania, abordou questões ligadas à obesidade, hipertensão arterial e hiper-colesterolamia, algumas dentre as doenças com maior registro no Serviço de Nutrição do Centro Médico Hospitalar da PMPE.
