O Tenente Coronel PM Robson Santos e o Major PM Eliziel, da Policia Militar de Sergipe, que se encontravam em Pernambuco realizando procedimento disciplinar, conheceram o Programa Reconstruindo a Cidadania do CREED.Resolvido a fazê-los conhecer um pouco de nossa arte, o diretor o Tenente Coronel PM Alcides os apresentou ao Sítio Histórico de Olinda, ao Instituto Ricardo Brennand, à Oficina Francisco Brennand, e ao Recife Antigo.Impressionados com o acervo da pinacoteca e o Castelo de São João do Instituto e com a qualidade das obras da Oficina, os oficiais ficaram maravilhados com o Paço Alfândega,centro de compras constuido em antiga edificação no bairro do Recife.
